Film Noir Meets Modern Tattoos

I don’t often get to share the final photos never mind the behind the scene video of my client talking about her experience. But with the amazing Beth, I get to do both! Beth is a professional piercer from Ottawa and this was the first time we worked together. The shoot concept she gave me was Femme Fatale meets Gothic with a Modern Twist. She wanted the photos to be sexy and artistic and completely trusted me in whatever I wanted to create. I was beyond excited and couldn’t wait to work with her.

As the shoot day approached, Beth went on my IG stories and started liking a few of my inspiration posts, one being a flower photo. It was a completely different style then what we had discussed in the consultation but I thought it would be a fun add-on at the end of the shoot. And I'm so glad that I did because It turned out incredible and when I asked my her reveal which look was her favourite look, she said the rose ones! Just proves that it's important to go with the flow of inspiration and make time to play. Fabulous hair & make-up done by Ruby Valentine.
