For me, loving myself means loving the inside and the out and it’s not conditional on what my scale says. Your body is more than just a casing for your soul, it’s this beautiful house that has weathered many a storm and deserves to be celebrated for its strength. You need to give your body the same love and compassion that you have for your soul.

Truth talk: Single or not, we all have that moment where you want to send someone a sexy photo of yourself.
